Fauxmage Vegan cheese

Have your tried Fauxmage yet? Fauxmage is a local vegan cheese brand made with cashews. Hand made in small batches, you can eat it right out of the tub.

It’s great on crackers or as part of a sandwich. And, as I recently discovered, it melts gloriously into pasta for an amazing Mac and cheese.

I’ve tried three of their five flavors: Olive and Rosemary, Herbes de Provence, and Rooster Spice, the flavor I used to make my Mac.

Sundried Tomato and Harissa are next on my to-try list.

Locally, I recommend stopping by Vegan Haven to pick up a few flavors. The retail locator on the Fauxmage site will help you find a store near you. And if no one near you carries them, you can order online.

We had a fun Galentine’s event at the store recently and Fauxmage generously provided their cheese for our snack table. Everyone loved it! Vegans and omnivores alike couldn’t get enough.

Fauxmage is healthy, cruelty-free, and from a wonderful Seattle team. Give it a try!
